JC no on the 2nd degree. I believe that is over charging because of public outcry. Yep the jury will decide.

Subdue is one thing, beating the sh$$ out of a guy when your on top of him is another.

Officer Ramos set the tone of the confrontation. He screwed with the guy, creating REASONABLE fear. And the video speaks for itself.

YOU play you pay!!!

But does their misconduct rise to the level of 2nd degree murder? I dont think so. I've fought with several people where it took 5 of us to subue him. But the jury will decide.

"Police corruption cannot exist unless it is at least tolerated...at higher levels In the department. Therefore, the most important result that can come from these hearings...is a conviction by police officers that the department will change. In order to ensure this...an independent, permanent investigative body...dealing with police corruption, like this commission, is essential."

Thank you for visiting our beautiful Southern California desert! The area is rich in history and next door to the Joshua Tree National Park. Yucca Valley is the economic hub of the area and offers lodging, restaurants and shopping. I would suggest visiting our website at www.yucca-valley.org. Also, our local museum is a treasure! Check them out for local history, itineraries for single or multi day visits and more. The museum's website is www. Hidesertnaturemuseum.org. Thank you again for visiting Yucca Yalley... And yes, Pappy and Harriets is a great place for food, drink, and live entertainment!

Yeah, like I said they would leave a call to get me. But if you read the blog regularly, and I know you do, you would know I have been pulled over late at night in Apple Valley many dozens of times in the past few years. One cop pulled me over within a few hundred feet of my house three nights in a row when I wad returning home from work at ARMC (worked a late shift). He laughed about it and joked about my license plate.

Never once have I been issued a ticket or a warning by AV deputies. It is always at night on dark roads, never on a main street. It is just harassment.

And it started with a certain cop turned mayor who uses his position and badge for things other than that which the law allows. There is a whole long story there. You see, ACU and I have something in common in regards to Mr. Roelle, as do a boatload of other deputies who are part of this blog.

I have lived in this valley since I was 13 and have been driving since I was 13 as well. In those 39 years I have been pulled over by a Victorville cop once and it was a righteous stop. He gave me a warning. I have never been pulled over by a Hesperia cop. When I moved out here I started being pulled over for the same bullshit reasons late at night but after I posted about it and we all had a long discussion it stopped. But even after I moved out of Apple valley city limits almost three years ago I still get pulled over by the apple valley cops when I am in town. I have so many stories that have never made it to the blog that I am saving.

Even last year when I had the same problem and got the fix it ticket for registration, it was kinda weird. It was about 11 pm and I was out at Tussing Ranch Road and Joshua. No one on the road but me and suddenly a car pulls out and lights me up. No, I am not being conspiratorial about it, but it was weird the way it went down. As you know it's pitch black out there so it is not like I could have missed him. He was totally polite and I deserved the ticket so I can't say much but it still didn't feel right.

You don't get the feedback I get from some higher ranking SBSD officials and even an FBI agent who say Paul Cook and others are obsessed with this blog and taking it and me down and tell me about the extremes they have gone to to find my sources.

Oh, and no, hate to disappoint you but my diagnosis is plain old depression caused by TAD--even got a dr's report that says that.

Oh yes! I forgot. The deputies will break from a hot call if they see you drive by, just to stop and ticket you. Geez! Post like this Sharon make you sound bi-polar.

Why don't you get a life Kenny. You are no longer part of the SBSD so stop spending your days in front of a computer gossiping. Maybe you should get a job? Or is the firing you took prevent you from obtaining employment? If so, if you hang out in front of home depot. perhaps you can pick up some day work without a background check.
