I came across this looking at someone’s photo gallery on Facebook. My first thought was that it was a fake.
Then I noted this person’s friends and lifestyle and decided this probably is a real photo, but can’t be sure. You judge. (Oh, don’t look if you are squeamish.)

The County Fire family has grown once again. It is with pleasure to announce the birth of Natalie Ann Mitzelfelt. Natalie made her way into this world on Jan. 27th at 4:42 a.m. at 6 lbs. 5 oz. and 18 in. long. Proud parents, Brad and Megan, are doing great and so is baby and big brother! Megan (Blaney) is a Public Information Officer for the dept.
