iePolitics: I will be blunt

I received a call this morning from one of our best-known bloggers advising me of some information that I cannot yet share but will be welcome news to those who work for SBSD and are honest. One of the things we have been working towards for several years looks like it may very well come to fruition, and as I have written before, the ramifications are mind boggling.

The purpose of his call was to ask me to put more moderators on the blog so that we can be assured the blog stays up and up-to-date. I have had a hellish morning and an even worse week so I didn’t argue or explain. Here is the bottom line.

iePolitics: Jesus, let me introduce you to the candidates of CA08

21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’

˜ Matthew 7:21-23 ˜

Back in January 2010 I wrote a piece entitled, “Blood Stains On Their Hands.”  To this day, it remains my most-viewed entry.

I will copy the relative part to the end of this post, but the gist of the piece was that we have a lot of “christians” in public office who carry the Bible in one hand and a knife to stick in your back in the other.  Not only that, but they have become haughty and elitist and believe their own rhetoric.

iePolitics: Pow Wow at Mojave Narrows

I had every intention of covering this event for Examiner but life keeps getting in the way.  If you have never been to one, I urge you to attend.  Pow Wows are fun and educational. Plus, there is always some really good food, music, and dancing!  Try Indian Fry Bread with powered sugar, cinnamon and honey or an Indian Taco.  I so miss the pow wows that were held in Lucerne Valley until Kathy Davis became supervisor and did away with them.

iePolitics: Looks like the place to be tomorrow is Apple Valley

A tweet from Sheriff Joe himself says that the opposition is busing in protesters for the event. I just love this . . . busing in illegal alien sympathizers to Felony Flats to protest Sheriff Joe Arpaio and listen to Barb the Bald Bigot on Cinco de Mayo. Why do I find this so funny? Gee, wouldn’t it be great if her wig got caught up in the wind and she got exposed for the fraud she is. Shame on Paul Cook for accepting her endorsement.

Examiner: Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with Sheriff Joe Arpaio

America’s Toughest Sheriff,” Joe Arpaio from Maricopa County in Arizona, will be the keynote speaker on May 5 at the Apple Valley Amphitheater at the town hall.  Arpaio will be stumping for 8th Congressional District candidate Phil Liberatore.

“I’m delighted to endorse Phil Liberatore for Congress,” said Arpaio. “Our nation needs strong, credible leadership, especially in today’s difficult economic time.

“We need leaders that will defend the Constitution. Liberatore will fight to enforce our current immigration laws.
