Last weeks retirement board meeting shows that Colin S McKenzie has applied to retire on 03/23/2013. Other then Paul Cook leaving this month 02/23/2013, no other names I can recognize. Maybe next month we will see their names on the list.
The other day I was singing the Wizard of OZ song (in my head) ‘ding dong the witch is dead’. I thought it might be a premonition that Big Momma was retiring. Maybe I’m right!
Heard that douche retard Sgt Tim Lotspeich his retiring too….. I hope he knows by retiring and attempting to hide his assets in friends and families name won’t help him. Upon being notified your being sued, all transfers and 6 months prior to notification are discoverable………

@Anon: I agree with you. If ever there was a reason to fire a Deputy, Lotspiech would have been a good example. His domestic violence episodes in Trona along with his bar fight in 1996 at Ruby’s in Barstow should”ve been his career death. He is a disgrace to those of us who wear the badge with honor.
Serpico you forgot to add the use of the county credit card he used to get drunk before the fight.
Then his quest to take down one of his own for sick time and lack of performance issues and all that followed. The torment and game playing he imposed is very noteworthy.
He was a detective when he did his misdeed, but got promoted down the road thanks to Captain LaScala, another empty suit himself.
I wonder if Lop ever made the Brady list?
