Jim I appeal to you in a public forum regarding Mike Eagleson’s testimony before the Grand Jury regarding your present case.

Myself and a few others are aware of past and recent comments you have made regarding that testimony.

As you are aware of past and present issue’s involving Eagleson. There are those who would like to see for themselves if Eagleson has been playing both sides of the fence, I know of no other way to put it.

You KNOW how to get ahold of the person who most recently contacted you asking for assistance.

If you direct that person to show only named individuals that testimony, I can assure you that person will follow your direction to the LETTER.

I hope you can see what is going on and understand MANY others who might be benefit from that information.

We both know that transcripts of such testimony are difficult to refute.

Please contact that person you talked with recently one way or the other on how you will cooperate if at all.

          Thank you.

Eagleson is a worm. Fake ass wanna be lawyer. I wish SEBA would rid of him.

Yep jc_red that has become all to obvious in recent weeks.

But it’s actually a pattern that reaches back quite a few years.

Some have been connecting the dots for some time now.

We just need to clean up a couple loose ends.

Eagleson’s sudden get busy attitude is nothing but pure desperation
          to save himself.

He played with too many and hung on the wrong leg WAY to many
          times.

He would still be operating the same way if it wasn’t for the blog and
          folks comparing notes.

Eagleson doesn’t even have a decent paper trail that can back up
          his good word.

So much for his LAW school resume.

ANYONE notice how Eagleson works with the Los Angeles County Civil Service Commission? Is that a potential conflict of interest there?

Hmm along with that, and all the other irons in the fire I just wonder where he finds all the time to do this?

No doubt he can teach school at night or weekends I guess. But what about ALL the other tasks?

My question would be is he on SALARY at SEBA or hourly? A healthy salary I think, WAY over paid for what he really does when you COMPARE the final work product, which NO ONE can find.

How often does he take time from his 8-5 schedule at SEBA to do all these other tasks?

Begs to be asked if he’s taking off a bunch of time to work as an arbitrator for LACo is he drawing full PAY while double dipping somewhere else?

I wonder if all those at LACo would be concerned about some of his antics around here after reading his value statement?

I wonder if anyone over there might be concerned about his testimony before the Grand Jury?

Or is this resume BOGUS in reality?

I remember seeing where Mike charges $1000.00 a day for his EXPERT services.

Conflict resolution, dealing with DIFFICULT people is his game?

Does he teach the roll of “PUBLIUS” when talking about social media in dealing with difficult people? WE know Mikey how you DEAL with difficult situations, but I don’t see that written down anywhere.

We do know you SPIN or misdirect when under IMMEDIATE fire.

ANYONE ever read ANY of Eagleson’s WORK product?

I am reading LOTS of transcripts and I can CLEARLY see that LDME and their clients are doing WELL, and their WORK speaks for itself. IMPRESSIVE unquestionable acts of TAKING care of business on behalf of their client.

The pile of FINAL work product for Eagleson SHOULD be as long as his resume, BUT where is it?

OH wait before the excuse comes out, it’s ALL confidential, SECRET missions on behalf of the members.

I would really like to thank those at SEBA who pulled the trigger and got LDME on board. REALLY guys, a SINCERE THANK YOU and we know who some of you are.

YES Eagleson we know you FINALLY beat the pom poms for LDME too!!!! I about puked and immediately thought ANOTHER self-serving LAST second comment to show your a team player too.

But what choice did you REALLY have? You just could not defend SHS any longer and TRUE to form Mikey you jumped on the other side of the fence AGAIN!!! I bet your sick azz went out right after that telling SHS personnel HOW great they are.

YOU LYING POS when you said some RECENT cases involving SHS has caused you concerned, you related to a CERTAIN DETECTIVE?

We know you were the messenger for YEARS on doing your BEST to keep LDME OUT of the picture.

YOU KNEW they could tip over the toilet within SBSD and that would SCREW up your agenda and a few others for that matter, your corrupt daddy “beef” comes to mind.

Your main attack and message, Dieter Dammeier wants to get on the City Council at Rancho Cucamonga and get their own PD. He is a traitor, he has his own agenda, blah blah.

You just forgot to mention Dieter was a SBSD reserve for 10 years and OFFERED up NO EVIDENCE supporting your message.

And many others did NOT bother to even ask or look for any additional facts to the contrary. But there was others who jumped into the frey talking a little SMACK about LDME they too COULD NOT offer up and HARD evidence nor were they challenged to do so. Just EVERYONE’s good word.

SHS message about LDME was their just TOO AGGRESSIVE to be effective around here. LMFAO!!!!!

And not LONG ago Mr.Bill Hadden makes an appearance right here on iepolitics talking about his “A” game with Deputy Parham, and TAKING a cheap shot at Deiter telling him he NEVER ran with the big boys.

Mikey you and Hadden would not make a half a set of NUTS on a bull hamster, NOT even close.

ACU….I do not know Eagleson, but after noting all of the schooling he has been through, I wonder how old he is? His education starts with an undergrad from La Verne which in alot of cases (especially with the type of undergrad degree he has) means he was a working adult while in school. His law degree reflects the same, in other words, at least four years at a law program. Two masters programs and a certificated program, He must have well over $150,000 in schooling over the course of 15 years. Was this all while he was engaging in his 20 year career? Who paid for this, Tax payers? A GI bill would have only gotten him as far as an undergrad without having to re-up or take on an a commission which means he would still be serving in the military today just to pay off that type of schooling debt.

BJ to my knowledge he paid for it out
          of his own pocket.

He is also a medically retired fire captain.

          Present age about 50.

          No military background .

JOM thanks for that. Eagleson obviously has not put that to good use, that’s for sure.

Oh he is quite impressed with his resume you can see that. But the work performance that should be attached to it after being with SEBA for 14 years would be about two lines.

We are far from done with Eagleson. It appears we might have a FAILURE TO SUPERVISE issue looming on the horizon.

Or a pattern of conduct that will fall DIRECTLY upon Eagleson.

Eagleson has too much dirt on himself, it will be impossible for him to SUDDENLY start trying to be what he should have been for the last 14 years, because those he needs to handle business with, KNOW more than a few things about Eagleson’s INTEGRITY.

HERE is the problem that seems rather obvious.

HOW much dirt does Eagleson have on Laren and Abernatie? So much dirt does he have a GET out of free jail card?

We KNOW Eagleson ran his sewer before the Grand Jury to make himself look good to the DA office by throwing Erwin under the bus. MAJOR RED FLAG.

Those other E board members and station reps who are not in the SEBA office 40 hours a week, REALLY don’t know what these two are doing.

They really don’t know if their being told the truth either.

But they do know just based on what they are hearing that someone MIGHT be lying whenever they feel the need.

Should they be suspicious of Laren and Eagleson at this time YOU BET.

Some of the new personnel have not figured out you have to CLEAN out the RATS nest completely.

Let me add a little more information to my thank you to some at SEBA for getting LDME on board.

I thank you SEBA for getting LDME on board because in the last 4 or so cases they have handled, simply SHOW what I have been saying for the last 5 years on this blog has been the TRUTH.

If I lack more than 10% out of 100% accuracy, OKAY!!! Margins of error are very much acceptable.

If any of you say otherwise, you know what you can do about it. JUST step up. The POSSE to argue with you is growing.

          Thanks again guys.
