    • iePolitics: Lovingood proves his anti-corruption claims were nothing but campaign rhetoric to get elected

Shame on Supervisor Robert Lovingood.  He has only been in office for two weeks and he has already gone back on his campaign promises.  Clearly, he is not of the intelligence we had hoped if he is so willing to be led around by the nose by the likes of our county’s villiage idiot Josie Gonzales.

If Lovingood had done any independent research he would have discovered the skeletons in John McMahon’s closet.  Instead, once again, the good old boy network has won out and Lovingood is has proved already his is a part of it.

Before this decision, already in the works was a campaign to at best make sure Lovingood is a one-term supervisor.  And now we just may see a recall.

There are some very, very unhappy people–people who have the money and real political power to ante up–who do not like Lovingood’s relationship with Joe Brady nor the influence they feel Brady has on Lovingood.  It could get ugly quickly.

I’ve been told that Brady is going to pay and pay dearly from a business standpoint, of course, for some of what he has done.  There are politicians–and I don’t mean two-bit county supervisors–who are prepared to make it happen.  Grab the popcorn.  I suspect our tumultuous political climate in the First District is nowhere behind us.  The best is yet to come.  Braggadocious behavior doesn’t go over well in some circles.

Gonzales a democrat endorsed Lovinggood over union supported Roelle. This is political payback. Lovinggood is simply another political hack. Did you note he is taking his full salary and benefits?

Brady is nothing more than a big bag of wind with a half dozen personality disorders. He is a bully and a blowhard.

It only took a couple of weeks for people to figure out that Bob Lovingood is a two bit follower and his blow hard side kick Joe Brady is disliked by anyone that has ever done business with him. I hope the 1st District wakes up and starts the recall very soon! What we don’t need are insiders willing to do the bidding from the other Districts to the detriment of the 1st District. Both Bob and Joe want so bad to be part of the power structure that they are willing to sell their souls to the devil himself just so that they can be somebody and feel they have power! They are just the type of people we do not want in politics or in charge of anything! Start the recall!!

So Joe Brady you Lovingoods spokesperson since I am hearing you tell everyone you guys are like “peas and carrots”?

It’s an understatement to say your PAL voting for McMahon after his rhetoric about CORRUPTION during his campaign was a BLUNDER.

He should have ABSTAINED, the SMART thing to do with just a couple weeks on the job. I’d love to hear from Mr.Lovingood himself how he DETERMINED John McMahon was the BEST choice. NO I don’t want to hear how he and McMahon played cowboys and indians as kids and he knows John is cool.

Now if your BOY says he has read tons of material on ol John McMahon and finds everything to be false, then we would like to know. But if he listened to his staff, then Lovingood is in for more problems.

Your boy talked about the corruption issues. Guess he missed the OBVIOUS problem with 58 years of tradition on all that appointment stuff. Your BOY was the one talking ABOUT time for change.

But your boy was quick to say in a campaign statement that he was going to STOP pensions like Jim Erwin is now getting. Guess Lovingood is going to take the easy route and focus on ONLY those who stand accussed of crimes versus those who continue to ESCAPE accountability in the bigger picture.

Oh I hear you have a good attorney. NICE!!!! You know Bill Hadden he is the union attorney for the Safety Employees Union. The union that did not back your boy. He to thinks he is a great attorney. Unfortunately Sharon, myself and a few Sheriff’s Deputies know him too.

Mr.Hadden has had a miserably time dealing with some disgruntled folks. So I’d be happy to meet your attorney and know how YOU and HER are going to dismantle iepolitics.

Mr.Hadden made the attempt to do the same in his own way. Just pissed folks off at the end of the day. He has been suffering since.

Want to take me out for coffee? I hope we don’t start hearing how you FLASH Lovingoods name around in attempts to intimidate people. BAD ju ju.

I voted for your BOY, guess I made a terrible mistake. But I knew Rick Roelle was a crook for sure, now your BOY seems to have set the tone.

Guess it’s fair to say he’s up on the radar screen. I am sorry to see that. Just another false hope I had.

Would you expect anything different? Like anyone running for office, you say things that get you elected and once you’re in office, you vote on things to remain elected. Its never about doing what is right. The only elected that does what he says he is going to do is Donnelly. I voted for him and will continue to do so.

My favorite thing said from Lovingood was that he wasn’t going to hire anyone that had a political background. I guess he forgot that Mellisa was his campaign manager.
