How can you have three or more BOS members at a meeting without properly agendizing it? Isn’t that a Brown Act violation?
Is decision being made or debated?
If not, I would guess no Brown Act requirement.

Sharon, It is agendized on the county website. Click on “county direct” it is listed right above tuesdays meeting. It does not come up if you just go through “board agendas” on the BOS link.
That is not an agenda. That is part of an invitation with the most important parts missing.
They wanted to keep all the unwashed masses away–those people who pay their salaries.
