The swearing-in ceremony for Barstow’s newly elected mayor, two council members and other city officials is scheduled for Monday, Dec. 3 at 5:30 p.m. The festivities will take place at the historic Harvey House, 681 North First Street.
Julie Hackbarth-McIntyre will be sworn in as the city’s new mayor. She is replacing outgoing mayor Joe Gomez, who chose not to run for re-election.
