Well, by my count there should be a minimum of three more Brady cops added to the Brady list. I lost count as to the number of witnesses that contradicted Eddie Stark. Clearly, Stark is a liar so I guess Internal Affairs was the perfect place for him. Did he learn his craft from Rick?
Then you have Roxanne Bessinger who is mentioned in a post below. Next there are Leland Bolt and John McMahon. Which one of them was telling the truth since they both weren’t? My bet is it was McMahon and Bolt was doing a CYA.
Then there was the obvious about Gina Perez. Even though she was not there yesterday I found myself feeling sorry for her. Obviously, the guys don’t treat her very well.
Finally, there was the other CAC detective. Anyone ever tell him he should use last names, not first names when on the witness stand? If that were a criminal trial instead of a civil service hearing and I was on the jury, I would have found him to be an unreliable witness. I cannot explain why other than he did not seem credible. He seemed like he wasn’t taking the process seriously.

After listening to testimony in the Orduno case, it’s obvious McMahon had his finger in the pie at the first part of this investigation.
How Boldt handled this was a JOKE!! That simple.
