by AdministratorPaul Schrader officially announced his candidacy today to run for the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner position in 2014, a seat that is currently held by Rod Hoops. This time around Schrader hopes by starting earlier he’ll be able to get his message out and win over San Bernardino County.
by Administrator(Victorville) – The unofficial total of candidates seeking election to the new 8th Congressional District is now at ten. Former assemblyman Anthony Adams and KABC 790 talk show host Phil Liberatore are the latest to join the race. Adams served two terms in the California State Assembly. He was one of six Republicans who crossed the isle to vote for the largest tax increase in state history and stated at the time, “I dare with the full knowledge that this will probably be the end of a political career for me, but the fact of the matter is California is in a place where they need people who are willing to sacrifice their own personal agenda for what’s right.” To read the rest of the story, click here.
