iePolitics: Chris Jones and Jessica Austin Defeated!

This one win makes up for all other losses.  Congratulations to Mike Morrell.  It is nice to see good triumph over evil.  And Mike Morrell is a good man who was outspent by a very large sum and was the subject of an enormous amount outright lies by Jessica and Chris.

Way to go Mike!  And also congratulations to Paul Chabot.  Insiders did not consider you a real contender and look what you pulled off!  You should be proud of the campaign you ran.

iePolitics: The Race for the 63rd Assembly District

The 63rd Assembly District is one of two hotly contested Assembly seats in San Bernardino County.  There are seven Republicans vying for the Republican nomination, six of which are actively campaigning for the seat.  They are:  Mike Morrell, Paul Chabot, Acquanetta Warren, Pat Gilbreath, Henry Nickle, and Don Kurth.

This was both an easy and hard decision for me, not as to whom to vote for, as I don’t live in the district, but rather whom to support.  There are several very well qualified candidates.

There is only one candidate that I do not want to see win and that is Don Kurth.  He was a convicted drug felon in his 20s and served prison time.  Later in life he has had issues with domestic violence.  He has also had some serious financial problems.  But more important to me than any of that, Don, along with his campaign manager Jessica Austin, and campaign consultant Chris Jones, has run the single most unethical and dirty campaign in all of San Bernardino County.  None of the three of them appear to have any ethics or integrity whatsoever.  What they have done is shameful.  And it would be shameful if a RINO such as Don Kurth received the Republican Party’s nod. iePolitics: An Open Letter to Jessica Austin

Jessica,

Do you remember a few months ago when you issued your executive order that I never write about you on the blog or discuss you with anyone in private?   Not that I had any obligation to do so, but I have left your name off of the blog out of respect for our past friendship.  When you recently asked for an account on the blog for Don I accommodated you as I would any candidate.

However, as of 2 a.m. this morning, I have had it with your shenanighans.  You should know by now that I know your IP address and your modus operandi.  I’m really disappointed in you. Read more…

There is no one who can do a better job of that than Paul.”

Paul Chabot: Endorsement

(INLAND EMPIRE, CA) – The California Police Chiefs Association (CPCA) announced its unanimous support and endorsement of Paul Chabot for the 63rd Assembly. CPCA is dedicated to serving over 1,400 active and retired municipal California police chiefs. Municipal police chiefs are responsible for providing front line law enforcement services to more than 78% of Californians.

“I am grateful and honored to receive the support of the California Police Chiefs Association. Law enforcement leaders are dealing with a number of challenges in today’s climate. They can count on me to fight every single day for public safety and victims rights. Having worn the badge myself for nearly 15-years, I understand and appreciate the very difficult and dangerous job asked of the men and women who protect the thin blue line. I am forever grateful for their leadership and service,” said Chabot.
