Senior members of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department are under investigation for allegedly forging training documents for personal gain, according to officials.
The department has completed its investigation and the case will be forwarded to the District Attorney’s office next week, Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman Cindy Beavers said Friday.
The investigated officials reportedly granted Peace Officer Standards and Training credit and certificates to deputies who hadn’t actually attended the training. Deputies who complete POST receive additional pay.

I commented on this at inlandpolitics, this is just too funny to believe that the public will swollen this with a smile.
ACU you have worked for this department. Have you ever heard of people continuing to work in their positions while the DA checks to see if there is enough evidence to file charges on them. Or do you think that Gray is going to take the rap for all of them. Now it becomes a little clearer why his wife was transferred to the jail and still has a job. This way she keep quite and not expose the others. Only time will tell.
No Senor, I have not see anyone working in their present position while awaiting criminal charges to be filed. Especially felony charges that would include conspiracy.
Generally they are sent back to the jail if they are not on administrative leave.
As to Gray whatever is going to happen to him is all by design and has been thought out already, good or bad.
Taking the rap for everyone one else, a good question?
I am sure there will continue to be leaks in this case.
As you said, time will tell.
But nothing thus far shows ANY signs of being transperant. NOT in comparison to so many other case that I am personally familiar with.
There is so much dirt floating around out there, something is going to break, or someone will say enough is enough and start talking.
